We modify the completed garment according to the customer's confirmed requirements; we do not redraw the original designer's pattern from scratch. If a standard size does not match your bust, waist, hips, shoulders, sleeves or preferred garment length, contact us before ordering so we can review what can realistically be changed.

1. Choose the item and explain your request: Send us the product link and tell us what you would like changed or what fit problem you want to solve.
2. Share your body measurements: We may ask for your bust, underbust, waist, hips, shoulder width, upper arm, sleeve length, height and desired garment length.
3. Finished garment and fabric review: We inspect the completed garment's structure, seams and decorative details. If the alteration requires additional material, we also check whether the same or a suitable matching fabric and trim are available.
4. Confirm the alteration plan: We explain the recommended alteration method, any limitations, additional cost and expected time. We send the proposed solution to you for approval before making any changes.
5. Alteration by an experienced specialist: After you approve the plan, our alteration specialist, with more than 20 years of experience, carefully modifies the finished garment while preserving the original design and decorative details whenever possible.
6. Final photo confirmation: Once the alteration is complete, we send you photos of the actual finished garment for confirmation before shipping.
7. Worldwide delivery: After confirmation, the finished order is packed carefully and shipped to you.

Are final confirmation photos free?

Yes. For an altered item, we photograph the actual finished garment after the alteration and send the photos to you for confirmation before dispatch.

Do you offer sizes beyond a product's standard size chart?

Will a custom-altered item take longer?
