Return Policy

1. Our Commitment to Your Satisfaction At LilyVow, we are committed to ensuring that you are delighted with your purchase. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied, we offer a hassle-free return policy.

2. Return Eligibility We accept returns on all items (except for custom or personalized items and sale items, which are final sale) within 30 days of the original purchase date. Items must be returned in new, unused, and resalable condition with all original tags and packaging.

3. Return Process To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

  • Contact our customer service team at lilyvowshop@hotmail.com within 30 days of receiving your order to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
  • Write the RMA number clearly on the outside of the package.
  • Return the item(s) using a traceable shipping method. We recommend insuring the package for your protection.
  • Once we receive and process your return (which may take up to 14 business days), we will issue a refund to the original payment method used for the purchase.

4. Refunds and Exchanges

  • Refunds will be issued in the original form of payment.
  • If you wish to exchange an item, please return the original item for a refund and place a new order for the desired item.

5. Shipping Costs

  • Original shipping costs are non-refundable.
  • The cost of returning items to us is the customer's responsibility unless the return is due to our error.

6. Damaged or Defective Items If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact our customer service team within 7 days of receiving your order. We will provide instructions on how to return the item and will either replace it or issue a full refund, including the original shipping cost.

7. Sale Items All items purchased during a sale are considered final sale and are not eligible for return or exchange.

8. Custom or Personalized Items Custom or personalized items cannot be returned or exchanged unless they are damaged or defective.
