Most in-stock orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Custom-sized or made-to-order items require additional production time. You will receive a dispatch email with tracking once your order has shipped.

We accept returns within 30 days of receipt, provided the item is unworn, in its original condition with tags attached. You must contact us and receive written authorisation before sending anything back — returns sent without prior approval will not be accepted.
