Important Notes
- You must notify us before the 14-day withdrawal period expires.
- After we confirm your withdrawal, you must return the goods within 14 days.
- Items must be returned unused, unworn, with all tags attached and in original packaging.
- Do not ship your return without first receiving our written confirmation and return instructions. Our warehouse is in China and all returns require customs coordination. Unauthorised returns may be held or destroyed by customs authorities, in which case we cannot process your refund.
- Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the consumer unless the item was defective or incorrectly sent.
- Once we receive and inspect the returned goods, we will issue a full refund to your original payment method within 14 days.
- Custom-made or personalised items are exempt from the right of withdrawal under EU law.
