LilyVow is registered in the United Kingdom. All orders are dispatched from our fulfilment warehouse in China.
Delivery Timeframes
Estimated delivery time is 7–20 business days from dispatch, depending on the shipping option selected at checkout and your destination country.
Shipping Options
We offer the following shipping options at checkout:
- Standard Shipping — Estimated 14–20 business days. Full tracking included. Import duties and taxes may be charged separately by your local customs authority upon arrival.
- Duty-Inclusive Shipping — All applicable import duties and taxes are pre-paid by us. No surprise charges at the door. Estimated 10–20 business days. Full tracking included.
- Expedited Shipping — Priority dispatch with faster carrier routing. Estimated 7–12 business days. For expedited orders, special delivery arrangements, or bulk shipments, please contact our customer service team before placing your order to confirm availability and cost — chat with us via the live chat on our website (bottom-right corner) or on Instagram @lilyvowofficial for the fastest response.
Order Processing
Orders are typically processed and dispatched within 1–3 business days of payment confirmation. Custom-sized or made-to-order items may require additional production time; estimated lead times are noted on the relevant product pages.
Order Tracking
A tracking number is provided for all shipments. You will receive a dispatch confirmation email containing your tracking link once your order has been collected by the carrier.
Customs & Import Duties
Unless you select our Duty-Inclusive Shipping option, import duties, taxes, and customs clearance fees may be levied by your country's customs authority. These charges are outside our control and are the sole responsibility of the recipient. LilyVow is not responsible for any delays caused by customs processing.
If you are unsure about duties applicable to your country, we recommend selecting the Duty-Inclusive Shipping option at checkout.
Shipping Delays
Estimated delivery times are not guaranteed. LilyVow is not liable for delays caused by shipping carriers, customs processing, public holidays, extreme weather, or any other circumstances outside our reasonable control.
Lost or Undelivered Parcels
If your tracking shows no movement for 10 or more business days, or your parcel is marked delivered but not received, please get in touch so we can open an investigation with the carrier.
