We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it — unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You will also need your receipt or proof of purchase.

To start a return, you must first contact us to obtain authorisation and detailed return instructions before sending anything back. For the fastest response, use the live chat on our website (bottom-right corner) or message us on Instagram @lilyvowofficial. You can also email support@lilyvow.com.

Do not ship your return without prior written confirmation from our team. Because our warehouse is located in China, all inbound returns are subject to international shipping, customs declaration, and import regulations. Returns sent without coordination may be held, seized, or destroyed by customs authorities — in which case we will be unable to process your refund. LilyVow cannot be held responsible for parcels lost or detained at customs due to unauthorised or incorrectly declared returns.

Once we have confirmed your return and provided shipping instructions, please follow them exactly, including any customs documentation requirements we specify. Returns are received at our warehouse in Daojiao, Dongguan, Guangdong, China.

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you have received the wrong item — live chat or Instagram @lilyvowofficial are the quickest ways to reach us.

Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items

Certain items cannot be returned, including perishable goods, custom-made or personalised items, and personal care goods such as beauty products. We also do not accept returns on hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please contact us if you have any questions about a specific item.

We do not accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Exchanges

The fastest way to receive a replacement is to return the item you have and, once the return is accepted, place a new order for the item you want.

European Union — 14-Day Cooling-Off Period

If merchandise is being shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days for any reason and without justification. Your item must be in its original condition — unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging — and you will need your receipt or proof of purchase.

Refunds

We will notify you once we have received and inspected your return and let you know whether the refund has been approved. If approved, you will be refunded to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please allow additional time for your bank or card provider to process and post the refund.
